Implementing lifestyle changes isn’t easy—I understand that completely, as I’ve been in your shoes before. But here’s the exciting part: personal change is a continuous journey, and with conscious effort, it becomes deeply meaningful and rewarding. Small, consistent steps can lead to significant transformations. Imagine making incremental changes every day; within a year, you’ll find yourself in an entirely new place.
Consider this analogy: if you maintain a boat and gradually replace each plank over time, will it still be the same boat or a completely new one? You will remain the same person, but renewed and strengthened. Coaching helps you replace the ‘old planks’ with new, resilient ones, ensuring you move forward with strength and vitality.
Coaching is a co-creative process tailored to your pace. Some changes will come easily, while others may require more focus. Together, we’ll navigate these shifts, ensuring you stay on course towards your goals.
To support you on this journey, I recommend a structured coaching programme:
Phase 1: Six weeks of weekly sessions to establish a strong foundation and momentum. You may feel this is sufficient support for you, you can go straight to phase 3 with monthly support coaching.
Phase 2: Eight weeks of bi-weekly sessions to continue building on your progress. This gives you more space to manage the lifestyle change on your own but still benefit from support.
Phase 3: Continue with monthly sessions for the remainder of the year to maintain and refine your growth. Your health requirements change throughout the year and the seasons. Body Bio Energies are affected by the change of season and your internal landscape changes. So a body bio energy that was low in summer is high in spring and this can provide its own challenges to your wellbeing.
After the first year, you can opt for quarterly sessions to stay in touch with your lifestyle journey, which will help you upgrade your lifestyle adjusting to the new season, and it’s nice to have the health and wellbeing support and change your nutritional supplements.
