An Ayurveda consultation is more than a health check-up—it’s a comprehensive lifestyle review tailored to your unique body type. As an Ayurveda Consultant with postgraduate from Mdx University London, I will teach you Ayurveda wisdom which is relevant and applicable to you. A natural holistic approach where you will learn your ideal personalised lifestyle and diet, supplement recommendations designed to support your overall health and well-being.
Case taking
The journey begins with a personal consultation lasting between 60 to 90 minutes. During this in-depth session, I will explore your health history, lifestyle habits, and specific concerns. This step allows me to understand your individual constitution and the factors influencing your health. We will also conduct some tests such as your prakruti (body type, i.e. landscape you are born with) and vikruti (i.e. internal weather, conditions created by lifestyle), and also conduct a test for toxins.

Lifestyle plan development
Following the initial consultation, I will put together some options for you, which we will discuss and refine together in a co-creative follow-up process. I will carefully consider your unique needs and preferences to create a plan that integrates diet, daily routines, and natural supplements, all aimed at aligning your lifestyle with your body’s unique needs.
Follow-up appointment
We will meet again for a follow-up appointment to discuss the lifestyle plan. This session includes co-creation with you, allowing us to go over the recommendations, answer any questions, and fine-tune the plan as needed. With my guidance, you’ll be equipped to embark on your journey to better health.

Your path forward
After the follow-up, you have the choice to implement the recommendations on your own or opt for a coaching programme. This programme provides ongoing support, helping you integrate the changes into your daily life. As a qualified life coach, and somebody who has been on a change journey myself, I would recommend taking some coaching sessions to get you started until you are up and running and set on your new path. Especially at the beginning, you will have a lot of questions on your new journey.

✅ Your Vikruti: Your current physical and mental state, influenced by lifestyle and external factors.
✅ Presence of Toxins: Evaluating if there is an accumulation of Ama (toxins) in your system and how to eliminate them.
The goal of this phase is to fully understand you in order to design a plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs.
2. Developing a Personalized Life Plan
After the initial consultation, you will receive a customized action plan, which includes:
